How are your shirts printed?

All of our shirts and hoodies are printed using DTG printers.  Direct to Garment (DTG) is a method where a printer directly applies the ink onto the t-shirt with inkjet technology. It involves a special printer that prints the ink directly onto the garment with precision. DTG printers use specialty inks which are absorbed by the fibers of the garment.

I just placed an order. When will it arrive?

All products are produced in the US, on demand especially for you.

✅Tees + Hoodies + Leggings - Usually printed and delivered within 6-12 Business Days (USPS or UPS).  

✅Swimsuits - Please allow us 10-20 Business Days (USPS or UPS) processing and delivery of this item. These speciality items are handmade (sewn/stitched) on demand & undergo high-definition sublimation printing, giving each graphic that extra flair. After creation, each item is carefully inspected & tested for durability & quality, by a team of 3, so just know that they are well worth the wait. 

✅Mugs - Usually printed and delivered within 6-12 Business Days (USPS or UPS).

✅Jewelry - Usually delivered within 5-7 Business Days (UPS)

Once we ship, you'll receive an email with your tracking number (please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update once received).

Once shipped, it should reach you in a few days (United States - maybe a bit longer to the west coast) or a few weeks (outside of the US). If you're not sure, just email us & we'll be more than happy to take care of you.  

I can't find my confirmation email.

Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.  Also, if you email us without a response - this is highly uncharacteristic of us!  Our emails may be getting rejected by your email provider.  You can help ensure delivery by emailing us directly at customerservice@unitybamn.com

Refund/Exchange Policy 

Since we print items on demand, we CANNOT PROCESS SIZE EXCHANGES. Please be sure to check our SIZE CHART before ordering or send us an email for questions. All of our items are made by hand at the time of purchase. We do not have a warehouse or inventory. We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed payment and shipped.

If you received a defective item, we'll happily replace it. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size. Please contact us at customerservice@unitybamn.com for further information. 

Please DO NOT send your items back to us without emailing first.  Please give us a chance to help you and identify the most efficient and effective way to resolve your issue. 

Oh no! I messed up on my order! Can I change it?

If this happens to you, please email us as soon as you can to customerservice@unitybamn.com and we will try our best to catch it in time. However, we can't make any promises. All of our shirts are printed on demand so we usually start immediately after you order and may even ship out the same day. If your order has already been printed or shipped, we'll still try to make it right. 

 Are there any specific care instructions?

Yes, please follow these tips to take care of the t-shirts.

  • Washing: Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle.
  • 
Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting. NEVER IRON the printed area directly.
  • 
Drying: Tumble dry low or hang-dry.
  • Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.

What is your stance on Conflict Diamonds?

We are dedicated to providing high quality diamonds, while not exploiting the plight of our African brothers and sisters. Therefore, we only purchase our diamonds through respected, legitimate channels. We are a proud supporter of the Kimberley Process that works to uphold legitimacy in the diamond trade and stops the trade of conflict diamonds.

What's your return policy?

We have a 15-day return policy to assist our customers on items in our diamond, gold, and silver collections. We currently do not charge any restocking fee, but if a customer has excessive returns we have the right to charge a 30% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refunded. All returns must be in the same condition as shipped. Returns are processed within 3-5 days after we receive a return.

Please also, insure your package for the value of the contents. You are liable if you fail to insure the package you are returning, exchanging or repairing in the event it becomes lost or damaged. Insurance costs involved in the prevention of loss and damage are very minimal. Insure your item for the total amount you paid when you purchased the item.

You are responsible for shipping charges on returns, exchanges and repairs.
Use only shipping carriers which provide a tracking receipt and insurance against the package.

How long does it take to ship orders?

All of our gold and silver lines are in stock and ship within 1-2 business days. Our diamond lines ship within 1-7 days depending on the item. If you need an item in a rush, send us an email and we’ll try to assist you. Please note the day you place the order does not count as the first business day. Example if you place an order on Monday we will ship your order on Tuesday or Wednesday if we have a 1-2 business day shipping on that product. . If you order on Friday we will ship on Monday or Tuesday if we have a 1-2 business day shipping on that product. 

How do I track my order? 

We will send you the tracking number when your order ships. 

Which carrier does your company use to ship?

UPS and USPS is our preferred shipping choice for all domestic shipments. USPS and Federal Express is used for international shipments. All items ship with insurance to protect our customers. 

Can I place an order if I am outside the USA?

Yes we ship internationally. Customers will be responsible for all duty and taxes imposed by their country if any. International shipping charges will be applied to all orders.

Do you include appraisal paperwork?

Yes, if the cost of your item is $3,000 or more, we will include appraisal papers, showing its valuation. 

 

Warranties

Product Excellence Guarantee:

Every product you buy from us must be free of defects or you may return it immediately for credit or replacement.

All items are covered by a 3-month manufacturer’s warranty, which covers defective parts experienced under normal wear and the labor required to repair them. We cannot warranty any stones that we did not furnish.

Our warranty is valid only through Unity BAMN. Improper repair of warranty service performed by someone other than our manufacturer will void this warranty.
All of our jewelry is genuine, authentic and of consistent high quality and value.


Ring Sizing

We will gladly re-size a ring purchased from us for up to 1 month for a nominal fee.
You will be responsible for shipping charges when sending an item to us for re-sizing.

Re-sizing will take approximately 2-7 business days.
Eternity Rings cannot be re-sized. Eternity rings incorrectly ordered with the wrong size does not fall under warranty. If you decide to return an eternity ring that does not fit a 30% restocking fee will be applied.

Stone Replacement
We will replace a missing diamond or gemstone on certain jewelry for up to 3 months after purchase, FREE of charge. This warranty excludes any jewelry merchandise that has lost a single diamond or gemstone with a total weight of 0.12 carat or larger.

Jewelry Not Covered Under Warranty

Please be aware that our 3-month warranty only covers manufacturer’s defects. It does not cover the following:
  • General wear and tear such as scratches, dents, nicks or missing stones.
  • Although our jewelry is resistant to moisture, water damage is not covered.
  • Fading/chipping of the material on the product (which depends almost entirely on how you handle the product).
  • Lost or stolen parts.
  • Damage due to personal misuse or negligence.
  • Damage, accidental or otherwise, to the item while in the possession of the consumer not caused by a defect in material or workmanship.
